  • Lead the design and development of core banking solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Architect and implement enhancements and new features in the core banking system, focusing on efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in software development and effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in the application, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in core banking technology and integrate relevant innovations into the solution architecture.
  • Participate in the lifecycle management of application solutions, from requirements analysis through design, implementation, and maintenance.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant certifications preferred.

EXPERIENCE

At least 8-10 years of experience in core banking application development, with a focus on T24 or similar systems.

Demonstrated expertise in application architecture, development, and integration projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS


• Proficiency in T24/Globus Core Banking System.

• Strong experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Deep understanding of database technologies and performance tuning techniques.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS


• Proven ability to lead a development team, providing mentorship and guidance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

SOFT SKILLS


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
