KPMG – Hazem Hassan's Transaction Services department is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals in our Cairo office (
Senior Associate/ Associate – Financial Due Diligence).
Transaction Services clients are mainly private equity funds, large public companies as well as private corporations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements including:

a.      Working collaboratively with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams.

b.      Collecting financial information from the target business / managing the diligence request list.

c Performing financial analyses on the target business (margin assessments, trend analysis, price volume analysis, cash proofs, key data reconciliations, etc.).

d.      Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.).

e.      Writing reports and supporting delivery of findings to clients.

Skills required

Financial Due Diligence experience of more than 4 years within an accounting practice or corporate finance boutique.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

A degree in Accounting or Finance is expected.

Relevant qualification (such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or CMA) is a plus. (nice to have)

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual, strong command of both English and Arabic language.

Business report writing and proficient in using MS office.

Highly motivated, committed, and flexible to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
