We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based systems, with a strong background in IT security, networking, and server administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows servers

  • Manage network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls (e.g., FortiGate), and switches

  • Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

  • Oversee and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Implement and manage backup solutions, system monitoring tools, and enforce security best practices

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects

  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in system and/or network administration
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments
  • Firewalls, VPNs, and networking protocols
  • Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation

  • Understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices

  • Industry certifications such as:

  • RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)

  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate

  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus

Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (5 days per week)
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Location: Almaza, Heliopolis
