Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an HR Business Partner located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Business Partner will oversee the implementation of HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and support performance management initiatives. The role will require collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and facilitate employee development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering positive workplace environments
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and address legal matters
  • Skills in Performance Management to support and develop employee outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
