Job Description
  • Leads and manages the HR Business Partner team to achieve defined objectives and KPIs
  • Designs, drives, and oversees strategic HR initiatives that strengthen business partnership and organizational impact
  • Ensures HR governance, standards, and processes are in place and continuously improved
  • Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
  • Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • Over 7 years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role such as Head of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations
  • High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional proficiency in English Language
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
