Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone communications, maintaining executive schedules, and performing various clerical duties. The role requires close coordination with executive staff and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and confidential files.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

    in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • 5-10 years Previous
    experience in a similar administrative role
    is advantageous.
