Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Project Manager role located in Sheikh Zayed City. The Real Estate Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with real estate developers and stakeholders, and optimizing resources for successful project outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)


• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management


• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential or commercial projects


• Strong knowledge of project planning, time schedules, cost control, and quality assurance


• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting abilities

Responsibilities:


• Oversee all project phases from planning to execution and handover


• Monitor progress, quality, and budget to ensure targets are met


• Manage site teams and ensure alignment with project plans


• Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams
