We are currently seeking a Safety Security Manager to join our team and enhance our safety and security protocols.

Job Summary:

The Safety Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety and security programs across our organization. This role involves assessing risks, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while also overseeing security operations to protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee security operations, including surveillance systems and emergency response plans.
  • Train employees on safety and security practices, including emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on safety and security incidents and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and security awareness throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in safety and security management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.
