Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Receivable Supervisor
to manage and oversee Paymob's AR operations.

You will ensure accurate billing, timely collections, proper reconciliation, and smooth revenue-related processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities to manage the AR team and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the
    Accounts Receivable team
    and daily AR operations.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, and revenue posting.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and handle escalation cases.
  • Review and approve credit notes and adjustments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and share periodic updates with management.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer success teams for billing and collection matters.
  • Support
    month-end and year-end closing
    activities related to receivables.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency and cash flow.
  • Train, guide, and support AR team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience
    in Accounts Receivable, including at least
    1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role
    .
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and revenue cycles.
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a significant plus.
