Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement HSE policies in compliance with local and international regulations.

·      Conduct risk assessments and routine inspections within the plant.

·      Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement preventive measures.

·      Organize and deliver safety training and awareness sessions for employees.

·      Prepare emergency response and contingency plans.

·      Ensure the implementation of hygiene and sanitation standards to prevent food contamination.

·      Prepare regular reports to senior management on HSE performance.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Occupational Safety) or a related field.

·      1–3 years of experience in HSE within the food industry sector.

·      Professional certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH) are an added advantage.

·      Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·      Ability to prepare reports and use MS Office applications.
