( Tendering and Proposal Specialist ) to join our Dynamic team in KSA .

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil or Electrical .

- 2–5 years of proven experience in government tenders .

-Experience in tenders and consulting Contracting sector in KSA market is Must .

-Experience in Strategic Communications .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management & Opportunity Tracking :

* Monitor government portals (e.g., Etimad Platform in Saudi Arabia) and other procurement channels for new tenders and opportunities.

* Screen and evaluate tenders to match company capabilities and strategic goals.

2. Bid Preparation & Submission :

* Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents thoroughly.

* Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to prepare compliant and competitive proposals.

* Ensure all documentation, certificates, and registrations are up-to-date and included in submissions.

3.Compliance & Registration :

* Ensure the company is properly registered with government procurement systems.

* Manage classification certificates, tax/Zakat certificates, and other regulatory requirements.

4.Post-Award Support :

* Support project handover and contract execution after award.

* Ensure alignment with contractual terms and monitor performance against KPIs.
