Key Responsibilities:
●Manage daily administrative and office operations.
●Handle reimbursements, purchasing orders and document filing.
●Coordinate financially travel arrangements.
●Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
●Assist with basic finance administration (invoices, claims, petty cash).
●Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
●Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Perfect command of Chinese Language (spoken and written HSK 5).
• English language is a plus.
•
Basic knowledge of finance administration, including invoices, reimbursements, claims, and petty cash.
•
Good numerical accuracy and record-keeping skills.
•
Ability to liaise professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
