Job Overview

We are looking for a
Salesforce Consultant
to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform for a real estate business. The role focuses on supporting sales agents, brokers, and management teams by ensuring smooth CRM operations, accurate data, and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer
    Salesforce CRM
    for real estate sales and leasing operations
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, dashboards, and reports to match real estate processes
  • Support sales agents and internal teams with day-to-day CRM usage and troubleshooting
  • Configure pipelines for
    leads, prospects, properties, deals, and commissions
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, user adoption, and best practices
  • Integrate Salesforce with real estate platforms, marketing tools, or community portals (if applicable)
  • Train users (sales teams, admins, managers) on Salesforce features and updates
  • Act as the main point of contact between business users and technical teams
  • Continuously improve CRM performance to support sales growth and customer experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3+ years of experience working as a
    Salesforce Consultant or CRM Specialist
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Experience in real estate CRM environments
    (sales, leasing, property management is a big plus)
  • Understanding of sales cycles, lead management, and customer journeys
  • Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
