Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and strategic goals. Your expertise in talent acquisition will significantly contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and execution across all departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand and define their staffing needs
  • Source, attract, and evaluate high-quality candidates utilizing various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with FlapKap's values and culture
  • Facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve processes
  • Continuously enhance employer branding initiatives to attract talent to FlapKap

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on key recruiting metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
