Probuilder is seeking an experienced and dynamic  Senior Architectural Engineer (Technical Office) with a solid background in building design and construction to lead and manage our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing technical teams and delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee architectural plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using architectural management tools and techniques.
  • Identify potential design challenges or risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare regular design reviews and presentations for management and clients.
  • Lead architectural meetings and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
  • Contribute to resource planning and cost control strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design and managing construction projects.
  • Strong background in construction and contracting environments.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
