Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer located in 6th of October. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with project teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role also involves conducting site inspections, preparing cost estimates, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with cost estimation and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in retail and fit-out projects is a plus
