Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Technical Support professional, based in Alexandria. The Technical Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support for Odoo's software solutions, assisting users with troubleshooting issues, answering technical inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical challenges, providing guidance and training to users, and contributing to the optimization of existing systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support tailored to client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in Odoo administration and configuration, including module management, user access control, and workflow setup.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
    with the ability to resolve technical issues and provide timely support to system users.
  • Versatility to assist with other IT systems
    as needed, contributing to broader IT support operations.
  • Solid data analysis capabilities
    to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies within system transactions and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize, and customize the Odoo system
    to align with business requirements and operational workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
    and respond to user requests, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Train, support, and onboard new users
    to ensure effective and efficient use of Odoo functionalities.
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting additional IT systems

  • Coordinate and manage communication with external technical partners
