. We are looking for an exceptional professional to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Office Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of daily administrative operations, including:

  • Organizational Management:
    Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for senior management.
  • Information Management:
    Creating, organizing, and maintaining the company's confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Internal Coordination:
    Serving as the main point of contact between various departments to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Supplies Oversight:
    Managing office inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  • Correspondence Handling:
    Screening and directing incoming calls, visitors, and electronic correspondence.
  • Administrative Support:
    Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the leadership team and staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Experience:
    Minimum of
    5 years
    of proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Administrative Assistant.
  2. Education:
    Relevant Bachelor's degree.
  3. Technical Skills:
    High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
  4. Organizational Skills:
    Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  5. Communication:
    Excellent communication skills and high professional etiquette.
  6. Location:
    Must be a resident of Mansoura or the surrounding governorates
    (Essential requirement).
