Role Description

We are looking for a
Cost Accountant
with a strong background in
coffee shops and restaurant operations
to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and reports.
  • Analyze daily sales, consumption, and inventory variances.
  • Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports and monthly cost analysis.
  • Control raw material usage and ensure accurate recipe costing.
  • Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and variance analysis.
  • Support management with budget preparation and cost forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a
    Cost Accountant
    in the
    F&B / Restaurant / Coffee industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    inventory control, recipe costing, and POS systems
    .
  • Advanced Excel skills experience with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERP Next, or SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
