Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the mechanical technical office engineers and draftsmen

  • Review, approve, and submit mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

  • Ensure all mechanical designs comply with project specifications, codes, and standards

  • Coordinate with consultants for technical approvals and clarifications

  • Provide technical support and solutions to site construction teams

  • Resolve design conflicts and technical discrepancies

  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Architectural)

  • Prepare and monitor technical submittal schedules

  • Track comments, revisions, and approvals to avoid project delays

  • Support procurement by reviewing BOQs, technical data sheets, and vendor documents

  • Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

  • Propose value engineering and cost-effective technical solutions

  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all technical deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering or any relevant field

  • +10 years of experience

  • Min. 5 years of experience as a technical office engineer
