Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute mechanical works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

  • Review and verify shop drawings.

  • Prepare technical and financial progress reports and statements.

  • Quantify and manage required materials.

  • Oversee all site-related activities and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Conduct quantity surveying and material take-offs.

  • Prepare and submit As-Built drawings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

  • Proven experience in construction sites and contracting projects from 2-5 Years

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
