The Egyptian Developers (TEDs) is a multinational digital transformation agency with operations across Egypt, the United Kingdom, the United States, Libya, and the United Arab Emirates.

Our Egypt branch is a primary operational hub for delivering digital marketing, SEO, SEM, performance advertising, analytics, e-commerce optimization, creative production, and technical development for clients across the region.

This position is available only for the Egypt branch and does not include travel, relocation, or employment opportunities in the UK, USA, UAE, or Libya. Coordination with international teams is online only.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of ten years of hands-on execution experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, SEO, SEM, analytics, and funnel management.

This is a senior execution role. It is not a junior, mid-level, or people-management position.

We require someone with strong agency experience who can independently manage multiple accounts, deliver measurable performance results, and execute full campaigns without supervision.

Candidates who have only worked in corporate/in-house environments without agency exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Build and manage complete digital funnels, including search, Performance Max, dynamic remarketing, catalog sales, and audience segmentation.
  • Oversee daily budget allocation and ensure the desired ROI, CPA, ROAS, and CPL are achieved.

SEO and SEM

  • Perform comprehensive SEO audits using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Develop keyword strategies, backlink plans, and ranking roadmaps.
  • Work with content and development teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Configure and manage GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other tracking systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and detailed performance reports for clients.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and recommend adjustments based on real data.

Creative, Funnels, and Automation

  • Write advertising copy and landing page content when required.
  • Provide creative direction to designers to develop compelling ad visuals.
  • Manage and optimize automation tools, including WATI, FunnelKit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Meta automations.

Coordination and Communication

  • Work exclusively for the Egypt branch while coordinating online with teams in the UAE, Libya, and the UK.
  • Communicate with clients when required and present performance insights.
  • Follow internal workflows, reporting structures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong SEO and SEM skills with practical experience using SEMrush and Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and analytics systems.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines within an agency environment.
  • Must be located in Egypt and willing to work exclusively for the Egypt branch.

Preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce advertising (WooCommerce or Shopify).
  • Experience with automation and funnel-building systems.
  • Experience managing medium and high campaign budgets.

Three performance campaign ideas

Three retargeting ideas

A suggested conversion funnel structure

5- Expected net monthly salary
