Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Lead based in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting thorough market research, managing sales processes, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and expertise in developing comprehensive Marketing Strategy plans.
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service, ensuring a client-centric approach to support business objectives.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team toward achieving marketing and sales goals.
  • Proven track record in working with multifunctional teams and managing projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the engineering consultancy or construction field will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
