We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems. In this role, you will guide a team of digital specialists, build strong client partnerships, and execute multi-channel strategies while growing into a Digital Account Manager role.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the execution of full-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategic marketing plans using SEO, SEM/PPC, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, Content Marketing, Paid Social, Programmatic Ads, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and more.
• Act as the main client point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success.
• Conduct deep performance analysis using analytics tools and deliver meaningful insights.
• Optimize conversions through continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, technical, and performance teams.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and industry innovations to guide digital best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members to elevate performance and skills.
• Support proposals, pitches, and strategy development for new client opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies (not only social media).

Strong knowledge of:

• Google Ads / PPC.
• SEO strategy and ranking tactics.
• Email marketing & marketing automation.
• ABM & lead-nurturing campaigns.

• Analytics & reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM dashboards.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly analytical capable of building and explaining data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines smoothly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience as a Team Lead, Senior Digital Marketer, or Client-facing role.
• Certificates such as: Google Ads / Google Analytics / HubSpot Inbound/Marketing Automation.
• Experience in: Marketing for SaaS / Tech / Enterprise B2B /CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho.
• Building landing pages (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
