Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Accountant role based in New Cairo. The Chief Accountant will oversee the financial health of the company by managing accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and implementing cost-control measures. The role involves supervising the accounting team and collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and audits
  • Proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis, and data interpretation
  • Understanding of tax regulations, compliance standards, and cost control principles
  • Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in same field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
