We are looking for a talented Media Buyer to join our team at
Holol
Company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms — with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience in Recruitment Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create, analyze, and interpret campaign performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and translate them into targeted ad campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and placements.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns align with brand guidelines and recruitment objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
  • Preferred: Experience in Recruitment Ads (hiring campaigns، lead generation ).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
