Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in 6th of October, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Outdoor Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting MZ Power's products and solutions. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company standards and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance
  • Keen understanding of the electrical supplies industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate within a team
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and fostering partnerships
  • Willingness to travel locally as part of sales-related tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
