Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Personnel Specialist
to manage personnel operations and ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies. The role focuses on employee records, governmental coordination, attendance, and daily HR personnel activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.

· Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office) as well as preparing and submitting required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities as needed.

· Good knowledge of Labor Office & Social Insurance Office procedures and transactions as well as the ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Monitor employee attendance.

· Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.

· Handle employees' leaves based on labor law & keep an updated employee leave balance on a daily basis.

· Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.

· Receive and process personnel forms.

· Assist in the orientation process of new hires.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum of
    2 years of proven experience
    in a Personnel Specialist or similar role.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
