Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively promoting products or services. Daily tasks include cultivating and nurturing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and identifying customer needs to present tailored solutions. They will also collaborate with sales and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure positive client interactions and issue resolution.
  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales expertise and a results-driven mindset to meet or exceed sales targets and promote company offerings.
  • Experience in Training and continuous learning to improve product knowledge and customer relationship skills.
  • Time management, problem-solving capability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication tools is beneficial.
