JD:
Drives sales activities, contributes to revenue growth, and manages client accounts with increasing autonomy.


Scope:
Handles assigned clients, supports sales strategy execution, and collaborates with marketing and operations teams.


Responsibilities:


• Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.


• Manage relationships with assigned clients and support client growth.


• Track team and personal performance, reporting to sales manager.


• Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development.


• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.


Requirements:
0-3 years sales experience; good negotiation and communication skills; basic leadership potential; knowledge of the local market.


LoM:
Reports to Sales Account Executive Team Lead; may guide junior sales executives.


LoA:
Authority over personal client accounts, follow-up actions, and reporting KPIs.


LoR:
Strategic 20% | Operational 50% | Delivery 30%.
