Blutechnova is a fast-growing Egyptian startup developing advanced industrial-grade ROV, AUV, and Marine Systems Platforms — integrating mechanical fabrication, electronics production, embedded ARM technologies, ROS-based monitoring, and high-precision marine sealing within a complete engineering ecosystem.

We are expanding our core technical team and seeking high-caliber engineers and technicians with a minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics, marine systems, industrial engineering, or related fields.

Open Positions – All Technical Tracks

  1. Mechanical Design Engineer (ROV, AUV & Marine Systems):


• Design industrial underwater structures


• Develop CAD/SolidWorks drawings


• Select marine-grade materials


• Work with sealing & pressure-resistance teams

  1. Mechanical Fabrication & Assembly Technicians:


• CNC machining, cutting, and bending


• TIG/MIG welding


• Assembly of ROV/AUV frames & marine housings

  1. PCB Design Engineer:


• Design multi-layer PCBs


• Ensure signal integrity & noise isolation


• Route RS-485, CAN, UART communication lines


• Support hardware validation

  1. Embedded ARM Engineer (with ROS System Awareness):


• Develop firmware for STM32 / ARM Cortex


• Validate buses, peripherals & hardware interfaces


• Ensure compatibility with ROS-based topside systems

  1. IoT & Communication Engineer:


• Build RS-485 / CAN / UART communication architecture


• Prepare LoRa/MQTT connectivity layers


• Implement shielding, grounding & electromagnetic noise protection

  1. Sealing & Waterproofing System Engineer:


• Design marine waterproof housings


• Develop O-ring sealing systems


• Conduct pressure-testing & leak-prevention engineering

  1. Solar & Marine Platform Technician:


• Assemble solar-powered marine surface platforms


• Integrate solar, communication & monitoring modules


• Assist in buoy and waterproof cabinet installation
