Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and robust applications using the .NET framework.
  • Lead software development projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to key architectural decisions and recommend improvements to our technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Significant proven experience as a .Net Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, including .NET Core and ASP.NET.
  • Expert proficiency in C# and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong experience with database technologies, particularly SQL Server, including database design and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to work effectively in a team.
