Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant, based in New Cairo. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting relevant administrative tasks in alignment with the company's operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and Typing for efficient data input and management.
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide support where needed.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with accounting or auditing services is a plus.
