Overview

We are hiring
Sales Interns
 to join our outbound growth team. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, organised, and confident in both WhatsApp communication and follow-up phone calls.

Your primary responsibility will be to execute 
high-volume WhatsApp outreach
 across multiple devices to generate interest, followed by 
follow-up calls
 to qualified prospects in order to book meetings.

If you are disciplined, friendly, and target-driven, this role gives you the chance to earn 
significant monthly bonuses
 on top of your base salary and give you great career experience in outbound sales.

Responsibilities

1. WhatsApp Outreach (80%)

  • Send high-volume personalised WhatsApp messages using multiple devices.
  • Follow structured message templates and outreach workflows.
  • Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and accurate tracking of all outreach.
  • Handle initial prospect replies politely and professionally.
  • Update the tracking sheet daily with contacted prospects, responses, and statuses.

2. Phone Follow-Ups (20%)

  • Call prospects who show interest through WhatsApp.
  • Qualify them using a short script.
  • Book meetings directly into the calendar.
  • Follow a clear, simple call structure; no complex selling required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a bonus).
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable handling follow-ups.
  • Organised and disciplined, especially with repetitive workflows.
  • Ability to work with multiple phones simultaneously.
  • Fast learner, able to master simple outreach scripts quickly.
  • Target-driven mindset with a desire to earn more through commissions.

Compensation

  • Competitive basic salary + benefits after 3 months
  • Commission paid in USD for every confirmed meeting booked
