Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Training Supervisor to join our on-site team in Nasr City. The Training Supervisor will oversee and manage the training and development of team members to ensure the highest levels of performance and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, monitoring progress, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Training Supervisor will also work closely with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and the ability to motivate and support teams effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, provide constructive feedback, and foster collaboration.
• Experience in Training and Development with a focus on driving team engagement and success through customized training programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices to enhance team performance and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Relevant experience in the BPO industry and a strong commitment to achieving operational excellence.
• Ability to work on-site in Nasr City with full-time availability.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
