Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Supervisor located in Nasr City. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the quality control processes within the call center, ensuring that customer service standards are met and maintained. Daily tasks include monitoring calls for quality assurance, providing feedback to agents, managing quality reports, and implementing quality management systems. The role also involves training and coaching team members on quality best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Relevant educational background or experience in Food Science is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
