Sales Coordinator - Electrical Engineering Company

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the company's CRM system.

  • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide relevant information to the sales team.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to streamline sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the electrical engineering or sheet metal industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data.

  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is essential.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Familiarity with electrical engineering terminology and products is a plus.
