About The Role
As a Flutter Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative development team. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, while ensuring top-notch performance, scalability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, responsive, and maintainable code
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across platforms
  • Gather and refine specifications and technical requirements based on business needs
  • Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and proactively apply them
  • Ensure consistent visual standards and branding by collaborating with the design team

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Solid experience in building and deploying applications to both App Store and Google Play
  • Proficient in version control tools such as Git
  • Familiarity with state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod
  • Experience with automated testing and debugging
  • Knowledge of native iOS/Android development is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
