Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps. The ideal candidate has strong Dart/Flutter skills, solid architecture knowledge, and experience integrating APIs and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver features aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Architect scalable, reusable components while adhering to clean architecture principles and best coding standards.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage app releases and deployments to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to junior developers

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of mobile development experience, including 3–4+ years in Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Experience with Firebase, local storage, CI/CD, and platform-specific integrations.
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices and app performance optimization.

Preferred

  • Experience with native Android/iOS.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and mobile security.
  • Published Flutter apps or portfolio work.
