General purpose:


• To maintain a quality system to bring the Company's Systems and Policies into Compliance with national & international requirements of the quality assurance, Provide leadership for developing and directing Quality Assurance and Quality improvement initiatives for all products and services.

Duties and responsibilities:


• Training of company personnel according to their training needs to comply with a new system, process or policy related to warehouse and quality management system


• Conducting regular internal audit in SOFICOPHARM warehouse and report the findings to the quality manager


• Assuring good storage practice and the monitoring of warehouse temperature, cleaning, and pest control.


• Update SOPs as per approval from Quality Manager.


• Ensuring that company personnel follow proper procedures and actions efficiently as per SOPs


• Placing data logger according to thermal map and monitor their temperature.


• Training pharmacovigillance from external companies MSD, Janssen, Allergan.


• Performing PV activities ,collecting data related to product and patient to proceed with normal reporting cycle
