Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting core human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures effective HR operations, compliance with labor regulations, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation and orientation processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and personnel administration.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and support appraisal processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide data support to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or specialist roles, preferably within FMCG, agriculture, logistics, or trading companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements in Egypt.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
