This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about people operations and eager to build a career in HR. You will provide crucial administrative and coordination support across the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding Support:Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and managing candidate databases.Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Help coordinate the logistics for interviews and recruitment events.Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and new hire documentation.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation scheduling and ensuring a welcoming first day.HR Administration & Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records and files.Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and time-off requests in the HR system.Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and presentations (e.g., employment certificates, HR metrics summaries).Ensure strict confidentiality of all HR information and data.Employee Relations & Support:Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee HR inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources.Support the administration of employee benefits and answer routine questions.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.Help maintain a positive and supportive work environment.Compliance & Policy Support:Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws in Egypt (Alexandria jurisdiction).Help disseminate and ensure understanding of company policies and procedures among staff.Payroll Support:Collaborate with the finance/payroll department by providing accurate employee data (attendance, leaves, deductions) for payroll processing.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Experience:1-3 years of experience in an HRRequired Skills & Competencies:Language: Fluency in Arabic and strong working proficiency in English (written and spoken).Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.Team Player: Eager to learn, adaptable, and a collaborative mindset.
