Summary:

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in our goal of ending global inaccessibility to literature by making it freely available to people all over the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and posting social media content as well as moderating and replying to responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a comprehensive monthly content calendar and consistently generate, publish, and share compelling content (including original text, images, and videos) to enhance engagement and awareness
  • Moderate social media accounts, interacting with our followers to build and maintain our brand
  • Innovate and implement new ideas to improve brand presence and generate positive word of mouth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
Qualifications & Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, or any relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Interest in reading and children's books is a plus
