Al Nas Hospital is one of the largest and most distinguished medical centers in the Arab region and Africa, with a capacity of approximately 600 beds. Spanning 30,000 square meters with five buildings, the hospital features advanced facilities including 557 beds, 10 operating rooms, 140 intensive care units, and 48 outpatient clinics. Since opening in 2019, the hospital has offered free-of-charge services, starting with pediatric cardiac care to address critical congenital heart defects in children, a leading cause of mortality in Egypt. Role Description

The Organizational Development Intern will support various initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and performance of Al Nas Hospital's operations. Responsibilities include conducting research and data collection, assisting in the development of organizational strategies, supporting employee engagement programs, and analyzing internal workflows for process improvements. This is an on-site internship role based in Cairo, Egypt. The intern will work closely with the organizational development team to contribute to projects aimed at improving hospital performance and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong research, data collection, and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and support organizational strategies and process improvement plans
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication with attention to detail
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, organizational development, or human resources is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
