Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in El Sheikh Zaid for a Team Leader (Senior Property Consultant). The Team Leader will oversee a team of property consultants, drive sales performance, and implement effective strategies to meet set objectives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, guiding property consultants, delivering sales presentations, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will also collaborate with management to refine sales processes and contribute to overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Expertise and Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate processes, property sales, and negotiation tactics
  • Team Management and Leadership: Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as relationship-building abilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Familiarity with real estate market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Organizational Skills and Results-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet targets, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience using customer management systems and other sales-related tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the El Sheikh Zaid real estate market is an advantage
