Architecture - Working drawings Team Leader
to join our dynamic technical team.

consultancy experience in mega-scale projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the
    Working Drawing Section
    , managing a team of architects and technical staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of detailed design and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with design leaders to translate schematic concepts into fully coordinated
    architectural tender and technical packages and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) for seamless integration.
  • Oversee project documentation and compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
  • Coordination with Client / Site to study site queries / difficulties, finding solutions for the same.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure constructability and provide technical support during execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    architecture
    from a from recognized university.
  • 10 years
    of proven experience within a
    consultancy firm.
  • Strong portfolio of mega projects, particularly in the
    working drawing and tendering phases.
  • Expertise in production design and technical detailing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction technologies, and local/international codes.
  • Professional user of AutoCAD, Revit, (Preferred SketchUp, and Photoshop)
  • Professional user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
