About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. This is a pivotal opportunity for a motivated professional to take a leadership role within a project management consultancy environment, overseeing the delivery of critical infrastructure works in a landmark urban development project.

Work location: Site Based at Sheikh Zayed, Giza

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including design manager, contractors, clients, and local authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop and implement project management strategies, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical designs, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and addressing any emerging risks or issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the ongoing development of the consultancy team.

About The Candidate

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the management of infrastructure works, ideally within an urban development context.
  • Proven track record in project management consultancy roles, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders and managing complex relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant British and European standards, construction regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in project management software and digital collaboration tools.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to high standards of professionalism and integrity.
