The Civil Site Engineer – Infrastructure Projects is responsible for supervising and executing civil and infrastructure works on site. The role ensures that all activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards while maintaining coordination with the technical office, quality, and other engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor civil works on site.
  • Review and implement approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Office to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.
  • Ensure the execution of works aligns with project quality and safety requirements.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to confirm compliance with approved standards.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, manpower allocations, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper sequencing and integration of infrastructure services.
  • Report site progress, challenges, and required resources to the Construction or Project Manager.
  • Support in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
  • Strong technical background in civil works, infrastructure design, and construction standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
  • Location: October - North Coast - Administrative Capital
