Role Description

The Associate Director plays a key leadership role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth within the company. This position involves overseeing projects, managing teams, developing client relationships, and ensuring financial and operational success. The Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership to support the company's vision, goals, and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Assist in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
  • Contribute to corporate decision-making and policy development.

2. Project & Operations Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, risk management, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure that project deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, or consultants.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, talent development, and succession planning.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure that all projects and operations comply with
    industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

Risk Management & Compliance – Ensuring legal, regulatory, and financial compliance.

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in senior management, business strategy, or operations leadership.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and driving business growth.
  • Industry experience in Engineering Consultancy Firm is highly preferred.
