Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer specializing in furniture to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Sales Engineer, your daily responsibilities will include managing sales processes, consulting with clients, providing technical support, and communicating furniture solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships, while identifying new opportunities to drive growth and sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering, with a strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and specifications
  • Expertise in Technical Support and the ability to address customer challenges with effective solutions
  • Strong Communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and the capability to effectively present technical information to various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the furniture industry is highly desirable
